Sikh Academy is an independent school (pre-school to grade 7) in Surrey, British Columbia. SA just opened in 2010 and are still trying to establish putting all their pieces together, but have already successfully registered 100% capacity for 2011 school year. Their goal is to provide an affordable school that offers great teaching, an exciting and nurturing atmosphere, and a place where all strive to produce exceptional citizens of the future.
As a designer this was a dream job because Sikh Academy and I started from the ground up, from square one. I was able to provide Sikh Academy with a brand identity, putting them in a very strong position to offer their services against their competition.
With the brand identity, I really concentrated on the visual look and made sure they would stand out against their competition and at the same time, be able to share their values.
Design Tasks: brand colours, logo, typeface, slogan, website, stationary, tshirts and other marketing pieces.
