Tate is a townhome located in Surrey, Canada. These remarkable rowhomes are carefully designed to every inch, inside and out.
After getting to go inside a Tate rowhome, I knew the brochure had to totally nail the essence of the home. The use of space and design details had to jump out on the marketing materials. Instead of having traditional tri fold brochure dimensions, I designed the brochure basically in a square format. The design gives a lot of space to the images and content.
